Also, some wraps I want to tee up for this week.I made them last night... and they were delish. I didn't have beans, so I put in some strips of red bell peppers + a little bit of sriracha cream cheese to make the spread a little softer. Also, I used tomato+basil hummus from Trader Joe's. I think the hummus + the sriracha cream cheese had enough salt, so be wary of adding more on top. Seasonings included ground parsley, oregano, black pepper (pinches of all), and veggies were julienne-peeled italian squash, shredded carrot, red bell pepper, all in whole wheat tortilla.
I should really start taking photos of my foodz.
